Dr. Sweta Shah-Saini

Dr. Sweta Shah-Saini received her D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine in 2008. She was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, which is an honor conferred to the top-ranked graduating dentists. Dr. Shah-Saini then received her certificate in Endodontics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010 and was awarded the prestigious Louis I. Grossman award for academic and clinical proficiency in Endodontics. She joined Endodontic Associates Ltd. in Delaware county upon graduation and thereafter founded and works at Modern Endodontics PLLC, in Chester County since 2021. She was inducted as a Fellow of the prestigious International College of Dentists in 2025. She has served the community of Chester-Delaware Counties for the last 14 years. She has been honored as Top Dentist by Mainline Today Magazine since 2010 consistently every year and by Philadelphia Magazine since 2021.

She has authored several scientific publications in conjunction with the Endodontic Department at The University of Pennsylvania in the internationally renowned Journal of Endodontics. She has been a pioneer in performing revascularization procedures to save teeth affected by trauma. She was Clinical Faculty at the Graduate Endodontic Department at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was an Assistant Clinical Professor for several years. She has also taught at the UPenn Dental Microscope Training Center where dentists from around the world come to train in micro endodontics and microsurgery. Dr Shah-Saini is currently on track to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontist. She is an active member of The American Association of Endodontists, The American Dental Association, The Pennsylvania Dental Association, The Dental Society of Chester and Delaware County and the Exton Study Club. She currently on the board of the Dental Society of Chester and Delaware County as corresponding secretary. 

Dr. Sweta Shah-Saini was born in Nairobi, Kenya. She graduated at the top of her class with a Bachelor of Dental Science degree with honors, from Cardiff University, School of Dentistry in the UK in 2003 before she moved to the USA in 2006. She resides in Chester County with her husband, Dr. Vipul Saini, and their 2 children.  In her spare time, she is actively involved in her local community. She donates to Give Kids A Smile and enjoys giving her time as a volunteer at Mom-N-PA. She is a working member of the Montgomery School Community Association, and she coaches girls’ soccer for the Glenmoore Eagle Youth Association. She regularly visits her family in Kenya and whilst there, she always finds time to volunteer her dental services to those in need. She enjoys travelling, safari photography, soccer and painting.

Dr. Ingrida Dapkute

Dr. Ingrida Dapkute received her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Montclair in New Jersey where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2003. She then moved to Philadelphia where she earned her DMD and Masters of Oral Biology at the University of Pennsylvania in 2007. She spent a year at the National Institutes of Health conducting research in oral cancer. She also completed a general practice residency program at Flushing Hospital in New York and worked as a general dentist for several years. Returning to the University of Pennsylvania she completed her specialty training in Endodontics earning an award for case presentation. While at UPenn Dental, she participated in teaching continuing education courses in micro endodontics and endodontic microsurgery to dentists from all over the world. For the last 12 years Dr. Ingrida Dapkute worked at a multi-location Endodontic practice serving the community of Montgomery and Bucks Counties.

Dr. Ingrida Dapkute is committed to ensuring that each patient has a positive experience, is well- informed and receives treatment using the latest technology in Endodontics. She brings with her a reputation of caring for anxious patients and excellent apical surgery skills. Her patients appreciate her compassion and dedication. 

She is an active member  of The American Association of Endodontists, The American Dental Association, The Pennsylvania Dental Association, and has been an active participant in study clubs. 

Ingrida’s husband is also an endodontist, and they enjoy spending time with their young daughter. She is fond of classical music, fine arts, and is known to have a green thumb as she takes pleasure in gardening. She loves exercising and as an avid runner completed several marathons.

Dr. Charles Glosson

Dr. Charles Glosson was born and raised in the Philadelphia area.  He earned his B.S. Degree in Biology (Magna cum laude) from St. Joseph’s University.  In 1984, he was awarded his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University.  After dental school, he entered the U.S. Navy and completed a General Practice Residency at the Naval Hospital, Oakland, California.  After three years of naval service, he switched branches of the military and was commissioned as a Captain in the U. S. Air Force Dental Corps.

Dr. Glosson completed his endodontic residency at Wilford Hall Air Force Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.  He served as Chief of Endodontics, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida from 1994 to 1997.  In 1997, he separated from the Air Force and relocated to Orlando, Florida. In Orlando, he founded and managed a three-doctor group practice from 1997 to 2022.  Dr. Glosson has been board certified by the American Board of Endodontics since 1998.

Dr. Glosson taught endodontics at the University of Texas, Eglin Air Force Base, and the University of Florida.  Dr. Glosson served on the Board of Directors for the Dental Society of Greater Orlando as the Public Relations Director from 2005-2011. He was appointed the school resource dentist for Orange and Seminole County School districts in 2006.

Community involvement activities include: Pennsylvania Mission of Mercy charity dental clinic, Dental Care Access Foundation, Florida Special Olympics, St. Stephen Men’s Club, Daily Bread Food Pantry and the Knights of Columbus.  Dr. Glosson is a volunteer Medicare counselor for the Pennsylvania Department of Aging.  He is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association.  His outside interests include: cycling, piano, travel, and home improvement projects. He is married with two adult children.
